As a facilities engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our properties. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve any maintenance or safety issues.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of building systems.
Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and renovations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budgetary requirements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory.
Respond promptly to tenant requests and complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.
