Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Arch. Engineering.· 5–7 years of experience in civil site supervision, preferably in residential projects,· Strong site supervision and management skills.· Excellent knowledge of materials specifications, and quality requirements.· Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, details, BOQs, and method statements.· Effective communication and coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and internal departments.· Ability to detect execution issues early and provide technical solutions to avoid rework or delays.· Strong reporting skills, documentation control, and progress tracking.· Good understanding of quality, safety regulations, and construction standards.· Good command of MS Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple site tasks, and meet project deadlines.· Cairo Residence is a must.
Description
· Supervise and monitor all construction activities on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.· Coordinate between civil, architectural, and MEP trades to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth project progress.· Conduct daily site inspections to verify workmanship quality, construction methods, and work sequence.· Supervise subcontractors’ performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.· Monitor materials delivery, usage, and site storage to minimize waste and ensure compliance with specifications.· Coordinate with Procurement for material requirements and site construction needs.· Coordinate with the Technical Office for design clarifications, RFI submissions, and shop drawing updates.· Review and validate subcontractors’ shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.· Identify technical issues and provide practical on-site solutions in coordination with relevant teams.· Ensure all civil works are executed according to quality standards, project specifications, and consultant requirements.· Enforce safety regulations and ensure safe work practices are followed by subcontractors.
