Key Responsibilities:Site Execution & Supervision: Manage and supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed in strict accordance with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and the project schedule.Work Inspection & Handover: Inspect and receive all work packages completed by subcontractors and labor forces, ensuring full compliance with quality standards and engineering codes prior to consultant handover.Subcontractor Management & Invoicing: Monitor subcontractors' progress and performance, review their executed quantities, and prepare their periodic payment certificates (invoices) accordingly.Quantity Surveying (QS): Perform accurate, detailed quantity surveying and measurement of all executed on-site works (concrete, masonry, finishes, etc.) and cross-reference them with contract drawings.Client Invoicing: Prepare, review, and compile periodic and final payment applications (client invoices) and follow up on their approval to ensure healthy project cash flow.Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate effectively between upper management, the project consultant, and subcontractors to resolve any technical discrepancies or site obstacles.
