Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.

  • Plan and review production work orders, determining labor, material, and time requirements to support efficient execution.

  • Ensure equipment and machinery are in proper working condition, partnering with maintenance teams to address preventive and corrective needs.

  • Confirm materials are available at the production line and resolve material flow issues in collaboration with materials and scheduling teams.

  • Verify completed work orders are properly assembled, packed, quality-approved, and accurately recorded in the system for shipping or warehousing.

  • Provide direct leadership to operators, supporting adherence to assembly and testing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives alongside Manufacturing Engineering to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.

  • Support root cause analysis for safety incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment by promoting safety awareness, training, and environmental stewardship.

  • Manage employee time and attendance through electronic systems and support fair, accurate payroll processing.

  • Comfort using standard business and production systems, including data tracking and reporting tools.

  • Skills in people leadership, including coaching, performance feedback, and team development.

  • Flexibility to support operational needs across different schedules as required.


 
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in manual assembly or machining environments such as CNC, lathes, or metal finishing processes.

  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem‑solving tools.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and data‑driven decision making.

  • Experience supporting equipment maintenance coordination, budget awareness, or product transfer activities.

  • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish in a manufacturing setting.
