Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to manufacturing supervisors and production teams.
- Coordinate production priorities with Planning, Materials, Engineering, Quality, and Human Resources to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Optimize the use of personnel, equipment, materials, and manufacturing resources to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, inventory reduction, and operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven decision-making to improve manufacturing outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production challenges, improve processes, and support new product introductions.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment by supporting safety programs, employee training, and compliance with company standards.
- Support employee engagement, workforce planning, training, and talent development initiatives.
- Lead operational reviews and communicate departmental performance, objectives, and improvement plans.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
- Experience supporting new product introductions and manufacturing process development.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, Oracle, and production planning processes.
- Experience developing high-performing teams and leading organizational change initiatives.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement tools.
