Proficiency in English and Spanish, along with knowledge of workplace safety and continuous improvement methodologies, is necessary.
Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to manufacturing supervisors and production teams.
  • Coordinate production priorities with Planning, Materials, Engineering, Quality, and Human Resources to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Optimize the use of personnel, equipment, materials, and manufacturing resources to improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, inventory reduction, and operational performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven decision-making to improve manufacturing outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production challenges, improve processes, and support new product introductions.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment by supporting safety programs, employee training, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support employee engagement, workforce planning, training, and talent development initiatives.
  • Lead operational reviews and communicate departmental performance, objectives, and improvement plans.

  • Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing, production, operations, or industrial teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and operational excellence practices. 
  • Experience leading teams, motivating employees, and driving results through collaboration and accountability. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex operational challenges. 
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements that positively impact business performance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish. 
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and continuous improvement methodologies. 

 
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in assembly, manufacturing, machining, automation, or industrial production environments. 
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies. 
  • Experience supporting new product introductions and manufacturing process development. 
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, Oracle, and production planning processes. 
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement tools.
