We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Alexandria.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Saudi HR operations, including knowledge of Saudi labor laws, employment contracts, payroll, and HR practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll operations. Lead and support the implementation of Odoo Payroll ERP. Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Generate payroll reports and provide analysis when needed. Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, attendance, leave management, and HR policies while ensuring a positive employee experience. Assist with HR reporting and audits. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with Saudi HR regulations and labor requirements.
