Requirements
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Project Supervisor, Event Supervisor, or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in event production and on-site operations. Strong understanding of event production, coordination of suppliers and contractors, and the ability to work long hours under pressure are essential. Candidates must be based in Qatar and available for the full contract period.

Project / Production Supervisor – Events | QatarLocation: QatarContract Duration: 15 October 2026 – 15 February 2027Employment Type: Fixed-term contractWe are looking for an experienced Project / Production Supervisor to support the delivery of an upcoming major event project in Qatar.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in event production and on-site event operations, with strong coordination skills and the ability to work closely with project managers, suppliers, contractors, and event teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and delivery of event projects and production activitiesCoordinate day-to-day activities with suppliers, contractors, production teams, and other stakeholdersAssist with production schedules, timelines, site plans, and operational requirementsMonitor on-site progress and ensure tasks are completed according to scheduleCoordinate the delivery, installation, setup, and dismantling of event elements as requiredConduct regular site checks and report issues, delays, or potential risks to the Project / Production ManagerSupport the coordination of suppliers and contractors on-siteEnsure production areas and event spaces are prepared according to project requirementsAssist with managing event-day operations and resolving issues as they ariseMaintain accurate project and production documentationAttend site meetings, production meetings, rehearsals, and event days as requiredEnsure health, safety, quality, and operational requirements are followedProvide general on-site support to ensure smooth event deliveryRequirementsProven experience as a Production Supervisor, Project Supervisor, Event Supervisor, or similar rolePrevious experience working on live events, exhibitions, festivals, conferences, or large-scale event projectsStrong understanding of event production and on-site deliveryExperience coordinating suppliers, contractors, and event teamsStrong organisational and communication skillsHands-on, proactive approach with excellent attention to detailAbility to work long hours and under pressure during event build-up and live event periodsMust currently be based in QatarMust be available for the full contract period from 15 October 2026 to 15 February 2027
