Indoguna Dubai is looking for a Supervisor– Supply Chain who will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant supply chain operations. The role involves managing procurement, demand planning, supplier relationships, logistics, inventory, and forecasting while supporting business growth through operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.Job Description:Conduct risk assessments for supply contracts and agreements to ensure business continuity and mitigate potential risks.Consolidate purchase volumes and manage product categories to improve quality, service efficiency, and cost reduction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product innovation and new product launches, ensuring target costs and timelines are met.Manage demand planning, optimizing forecasts to align with production schedules and inventory requirements.Handle exceptional situations related to stock allocation, promotions, and inventory management proactively.Optimize production planning, logistics networks, and transportation to ensure cost efficiency, timeliness, and quality.Participate in supplier audits and food safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.Lead, mentor, and support a team of supply chain executives, driving performance and continuous improvement.Analyze supply chain data and reports to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.Maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performanceSkills and Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning or procurement, preferably in FMCG, food, or retail sectors.Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in supply chain management systems, ERP software, and MS OfficeExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements is an advantage.
