Requirements
Previous experience as a laundry driver, helper, or similar role is preferred. Must have a valid driving license with a clean driving record and good knowledge of local roads. Responsibilities include safe and timely collection and delivery of laundry, assisting with loading and unloading, counting and sorting laundry items, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and reporting any issues. Requires good physical fitness, communication, and customer service skills, along with reliability and punctuality.

Load dirty linens to the laundry truck from hotel and deliver them to the laundry according to the schedule. Apart from driving needs to help towel folding area such as folding towels, bath robes and loading caddies. Maintain a logbook, recording the number of trips, kilometers, gas, etc.. Clean the laundry truck inside daily and outside weekly. Take care of any maintenance issues, servicing and report to Assistant Laundry Manager. Respect law and order i.e. driving, speeding, parking of the laundry truck. Respect company standards and departmental rule. Follow hotel/company procedures for handling clean and dirty linen. Check delivery documents and obtain signatures when required. Report missing, damaged, or stained items to the supervisor. Good physical fitness and ability to lift and carry laundry bags. Good communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, honest, and professional appearance.
