The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a portfolio of regional commercial and clinical education events across the Middle East & Africa. Working closely with Marketing, Business Development, and external partners, the role will oversee the end-to-end execution of clinical education programmes, product launches, exhibitions, customer engagement initiatives, and flagship regional events.

Our client is a leading global dental solutions company with a strong presence across the Middle East & Africa, offering innovative technologies and education-led solutions to dental professionals. As the business continues to expand its regional footprint, it is looking to appoint an Events Coordinator to support the successful delivery of its commercial and clinical education initiatives.
Description
* Plan, coordinate and execute regional events, including clinical education courses, product launches, exhibitions and customer events.
* Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and deliver the annual events calendar in line with business priorities.
* Coordinate all event logistics, including venue sourcing, travel, catering, audiovisual requirements, signage and event materials.
* Manage course material orders, shipment tracking and on-site delivery for clinical education programmes.
* Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve quality service and cost-effective outcomes.
* Develop promotional materials and coordinate event communications.
* Track event inventory, course materials, and promotional collateral, ensuring accurate reporting to the Finance team.
* Coordinate speaker logistics and process speaker payments in collaboration with Finance.
* Maintain accurate reporting through Salesforce (SFDC), providing monthly and quarterly activity reports.
* Work closely with Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful event delivery.

Requirements:
A successful Healthcare Event Coordinator should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management or a related discipline.
* 2-4 years' experience coordinating corporate events, conferences, exhibitions or clinical education programmes.
* Previous experience within the healthcare, dental, medical device, pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is required.
* Strong project management, organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is advantageous.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while working to tight deadlines.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
* Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
