The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for roles across the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting, while supporting employer branding initiatives and compliance with local labor regulations.QualificationsStrong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.Experience in stakeholder management, including collaborating with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to align recruitment strategies with business needs.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms, as well as basic data reporting on hiring metrics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence and clear, structured interviewing.Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines and hiring targets.Understanding of recruitment best practices and local labor laws in the United Arab Emirates; experience in real estate or property development is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruiting.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to hiring.
