Tax Accountant / Tax Specialist – Doha, QatarWe are looking for an experienced Tax Accountant / Tax Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day Qatar tax activities, ensuring accurate preparation, filing, record keeping, compliance, and coordination with the relevant Tax Authorities.Key Responsibilities• Manage and support Qatar tax compliance and reporting requirements• Prepare and review tax returns, supporting schedules, and relevant documentation• Maintain accurate tax records and ensure timely filings• Assist with tax audits and respond to queries from the Qatar Tax Authority• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on tax-related matters• Monitor changes in Qatar tax regulations and ensure compliance with applicable requirements• Provide support and guidance on day-to-day Qatar tax matters• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for audit and compliance purposesKey Requirements• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar tax and accounting• Strong hands-on experience with Qatar tax returns, compliance, audits, and tax authority dealings• Good knowledge of Qatar tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail• Previous experience dealing directly with the Qatar Tax Authority will be highly valued.• Candidates must be currently based in Doha, QatarIf you have strong Qatar tax experience and are looking for an opportunity to join an established organization, we encourage you to apply.
