Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage. Relevant professional experience in accounting and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial procedures. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Job PurposeTo perform specialized accounting activities, review and verify financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with approved financial policies and procedures while supporting the organization's financial operations. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage accounting records in accordance with approved accounting principles and policies.Record and post financial transactions in journals and accounting ledgers.Prepare accounting adjustments, reconciliations, and financial reports on a periodic basis.Generate and review monthly trial balances and other financial statements.Review payment requests and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.Prepare checks and payment documents for approval and processing.Review, verify, and record accounting documents and transactions within the accounting system.Maintain and archive financial documents and records according to approved filing procedures.Perform account reconciliations for banks, advances, petty cash, investments, and fixed assets.Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee advances, and other financial balances.Follow up on investment accounts and ensure proper recording of revenues and expenses.Monitor bank accounts, bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and related accounting entries.Review and record employee salaries, allowances, benefits, and related accounting transactions.Review and monitor revenue collections including cash, checks, credit card transactions, and electronic payments.Prepare monthly reports on outstanding advances and financial balances.Develop financial checklists to facilitate financial review and audit processes.Support internal and external audit activities by providing required financial information and documentation.Analyze accounting results, identify issues, and recommend process improvement opportunities.Perform any other accounting duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
