About the Client:
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description:
? Audit, extract, and clean customer data from POS across all stores; build and maintain a single unified client database
? Design and run RFM segmentation (VIP, repeat, lapsed, one-time tourist) and produce monthly insights for management: top-client revenue concentration, reactivation opportunities, brand cross-shopping
? Build and run clienteling programs via WhatsApp Business and email: post-purchase follow-up, new-arrival outreach, lapsed-client reactivation, VIP event invitation.
? Ensure all data capture and outreach comply with UAE PDPL requirements, including consent and opt-out management; select and implement a low-cost CRM/clienteling tool suitable for the business scale, manage it end-to-end, and track ROI through repeat rate, reactivation revenue, and average spend by segment.
