Requirements

Must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with strong command of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. Advanced diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential. A valid driver's license and professional command of English are preferred.
Description
Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment and machinery to ensure peak operational reliability.Identify and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults.Conduct routine equipment inspections to anticipate potential failures and prevent downtime.Coordinate, schedule, and track all repair and maintenance activities to optimize workflow.Ensure all machinery adheres to manufacturer specifications, company procedures, and strict HSE standards.Evaluate equipment efficiency and recommend timely repairs, overhauls, or component replacements.Maintain detailed logs of maintenance operations, service histories, and spare parts inventory.Work closely with equipment operators and workshop personnel to address and resolve technical issues quickly.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power, Electrical Power & Machines, or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance.Technical Proficiency: Strong command of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.Key Competencies: Advanced diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Qualifications: Valid driver's license preferred; professional command of English preferred.
