Job Title: Equipment Maintenance ManagerJob SummaryManage the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of company heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery, ensuring reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining efficient project operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, inspections, and equipment servicing.Manage maintenance budgets, schedules, spare parts, and resources.Supervise maintenance technicians, mechanics, and external service providers.Monitor equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance costs.Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory to ensure availability and cost control.Ensure compliance with HSE and equipment safety standards.Maintain accurate equipment records, maintenance logs, warranties, and service contracts.Prepare maintenance reports and performance analysis.Recommend equipment improvements, replacements, and new technologies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.10–15 years of equipment maintenance experience, preferably in construction, mining, or heavy industry.Strong knowledge of heavy machinery, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.Experience with ERP/CMMS and maintenance management systems.Strong leadership, problem-solving, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and communication skills.CMRP, PMP, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
