Description
Review architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.Study and assess drawings, plans, bills of quantities (BOQ) specifications and other documents relating to projects.Determine a budget, project schedules, scope of work and Manage deliverables on time.Collaborate and interact with Executive Engineers, architects.Adhere to the best practices, standards, and procedures of the company.Managing relationships in projects with all department.Managing subcontractors’/suppliers’ database.Reviewing and negotiating ’suppliers’ proposals.Reporting regularly on project progress to project manager.Assess the project and its requirements.Cost and risk assessment.
