RequirementsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. (Governmental university).5+ years of experience including technical office work.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP (BIM), and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with local authority standards and infrastructure specifications.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Description
Key Responsibilities :Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.Review mechanical design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.Coordinate with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.Prepare RFIs, method statements, and quantity take-offs.Support the procurement process through material approvals, technical evaluations, supplier document reviews, and compliance verification.Ensure compliance with project specifications, consultant requirements, applicable codes and standards, and authority regulations.Provide technical support to site execution and QA/QC teams.
