Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–5 years of proven experience in Technical Office Mechanical works.Strong experience in preparing and developing shop drawings.Solid knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordination, and engineering standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software.
Description
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.Handle all Technical Office activities throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and submit technical submittals, material submittals, and method statements.Review project specifications, contract documents, drawings, and BOQs.Follow up on project schedules and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams regarding technical matters.Prepare quantity take-offs and material requests for mechanical works.Review and resolve design conflicts through coordination with Architectural, Structural, and Electrical disciplines.Prepare as-built drawings and final project documentation.Provide technical support and engineering solutions throughout project execution.Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, company standards, and client requirements.
