Organizational ContextA multinational turnkey delivery and specialist technology provider managing multidisciplinary infrastructure, high-spec installations, and experiential technical projects across global markets and the Middle East.Core MandateThe Procurement Manager directs regional commercial buying, logistics strategy, and supply chain governance across fast-paced project delivery lifecycles. This individual functions as the primary authority for tier-1 supplier relations, commercial terms negotiation, working capital structuring, and end-to-end purchasing governance.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Dealmaking & Frameworks: Structure, negotiate, and formalize trade contracts, rate agreements, and commercial agreements with international and regional vendors to capture maximum value and cash advantages.Capital & Project Buying: Lead purchasing activities across Systems Integration (SI) programs and major site installations.
