Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar. Must have experience as a Procurement Manager in the construction field for both Civil and MEP. Skills include knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, negotiation, networking, supply chain management software (SAP, Candy Application), decision-making, data analysis, management, leadership, contract review, invoicing, Microsoft Office Suite, multi-tasking, time management, organization, detail-orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Manager's duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people. Reporting directly to Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.Overseeing and managing the systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of materials.Preparing procurement reports.Required EducationBachelor's degree in business administration or similar category.Required Experience & LicensesAn experienced Procurement Manager in the construction field for both Civil and MEP.Required Skills & KnowledgeKnowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the marketTalent in negotiations and networkingGood knowledge of using supply chain management software and tools (SAP, Candy Application or similar)Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbersExperience in collecting and analyzing dataManagement and leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation termsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
