Job PurposeResponsible for carrying out all activities related to supporting the Academy's Learning Management Systems (LMS), including identifying and resolving technical issues and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure that training content is uploaded correctly to the LMS, in accordance with the Academy's approved policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute all activities related to supporting the Learning Management Systems (LMS) used across the Academy.Provide support to relevant organizational units on the use of learning systems and system storage capacity to ensure that uploaded training programs meet identified requirements.Contribute to the preparation of system functionality documentation and user guides to facilitate users understanding of learning systems.Apply established frameworks and procedures for handling user-reported issues related to learning systems.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS in a timely and accurate manner.Support content developers in uploading training content to the LMS efficiently and effectively.Provide recommendations and solutions to the direct manager to address system gaps and improve learning systems.Contribute to the periodic maintenance of LMS platforms to ensure business continuity.Coordinate with the Information Systems Department to support disaster recovery in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with relevant standards, best practices, and data security protocols.Coordinate with faculty members to support the distance learning experience.Train faculty members and students on existing and newly implemented digital learning systems.Provide technical support to faculty members regarding different formats used to prepare and save training programs.Coordinate with specialized LMS vendors and service providers to resolve system maintenance issues.Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the role.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.3–5 years of professional experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) support within the academic, education sector, or a related field.
