Job Requirements:Proven and strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (Must provide portfolio / examples). FunnelFusion experience is a big plus.Advanced expertise in CRM Management & Marketing Automation.Expert in building Funnels, Websites, Landing Pages, Workflows, Triggers, and Pipelines.Solid knowledge of API, Webhooks, Zapier / Make.com.Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Tracking setup.Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.Strong interest and hands-on experience in AI & Automation - ability to integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, AI chatbots) into CRM workflows and reporting.Highly organized, detail-oriented, problem-solver with a System Builder mindset.Ability to work Full-Time remotely with overlapping hours with Dubai (GMT+4).Based in Egypt.Preferred / Nice to Have:Experience with online courses / coaching / info-product businesses.Experience with SaaS mode in GoHighLevel.Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for funnel customization.Experience with n8n.Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling company.And include the following (Applications without these will be ignored):Examples of past GoHighLevel projects / Sub-Accounts you built.One example of an advanced Workflow / Automation you built (Screenshot or Loom video).List of tools and platforms you have integrated with GHL before.A short paragraph about your experience with AI & Automation.

We are looking for a highly skilled technical expert to take full ownership of our GoHighLevel (FunnelFusion) platform.Role Overview:We are looking for a GoHighLevel System Owner / CRM Admin to be the primary owner responsible for managing, building, and scaling our entire GoHighLevel infrastructure. This is NOT a basic operator role. We need a true System Builder who will own the platform end-to-end.Our entire business runs on GoHighLevel for client management, sales, pipelines, automations, funnels, communication, courses, payments, and reporting.Job Description / Responsibilities:Own, manage, and develop the entire GoHighLevel / FunnelFusion platform from A to Z.Build, design, and optimize high-converting Funnels & Landing Pages.Create and manage advanced Workflows & Automations for the full customer journey (Lead -> Sale -> Onboarding -> Retention).Manage CRM structure: Contacts, Custom Fields, Custom Values, Opportunities, Pipelines, and Lifecycle stages.Manage Users, Roles, Permissions, and Sub-Accounts.Set up and manage all communication channels: WhatsApp (API), Email (Domain setup & deliverability), SMS, Forms, Surveys, and Calendars.Manage and configure Courses, Memberships, and Communities inside GHL.Handle Payments, Subscriptions, Invoicing, and integration with Stripe / PayPal.Execute advanced integrations using GoHighLevel API, Webhooks, Zapier, and Make.com.Integrate GHL with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and other marketing & analytics tools.Build and maintain Reports, Custom Dashboards, and Conversion Tracking (Pixels, Events).Troubleshoot technical issues, perform QA, and maintain clear documentation (SOPs) for all workflows and systems.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to translate their needs into technical solutions.
