What you'll be doing:
As part of a high-performing in-house legal team, you will:
Lead and support complex M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, strategic investments and joint ventures.
Advise business leaders and investment teams on transaction structuring, execution strategy and legal risk throughout the deal lifecycle.
Draft, negotiate and manage key transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements, subscription agreements and related ancillary documents.
Coordinate and oversee legal due diligence processes, working closely with internal stakeholders, external counsel, financial advisors and other transaction counterparties.
Support post-completion integration, corporate restructuring and transaction related governance matters.
Partner closely with senior executives and business leaders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on strategic growth initiatives.
Contribute to transformative deals that are central to long term growth, diversification and value creation strategies.
What we're looking for:
To succeed in these roles, you'll typically bring:
Qualification in a common law jurisdiction.
Approximately 5-15 years' post-qualification experience.
Experience gained with a leading international law firm and/or within a sophisticated multinational corporate environment.
Strong experience advising on M&A, private equity, corporate transactions, joint ventures and strategic investments.
A proven track record managing complex cross border transactions from inception through to completion.
The ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, including senior executives, investment teams, financial advisors and external counsel.
Strong commercial judgment, business acumen and the confidence to operate within fast-paced, high profile and transaction driven environments.
