The ideal candidate will have significant prior private equity investment experience, acting as a principal, with a blended investment and operational background. Demonstrated experience in industrials, transaction-related activities including due diligence, deal execution, financing, and co-investments is required. Exposure to both Middle East and global markets is highly valued.

What the job involvesLead and manage portfolio management activities for industrials Own portfolio performance oversight - monitoring, reporting, and driving improvement across platform companies operational and financial performanceAct as a trusted, senior point of contact for platform company C-suite leadership, building strong working relationships to support strategic and operational prioritiesSupport the deal execution and M&A teams on due diligence, structuring, and closing of transactions and co-investments as neededPresent portfolio performance and recommendations to senior leadership and relevant investment/executive committeesPartner closely with the Head of Investments, Head of Capital Allocation, and other internal stakeholders across portfolio companiesWho we are looking forA blended investment and operational background - someone who thinks like an investor - with direct, hands-on exposure to portfolio management and asset performance improvementSignificant prior private equity investment experience, having acted as principal, is required Demonstrated experience in industrialsTransaction-related experience, including due diligence, deal execution, financing, and co-investments.
