Requirements
* 10+ years experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management or category management.* Experience managing post-award supplier performance and contractual obligations.* Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management,* Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.* Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.* Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain completeprocurement records.

Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to join JASARA PMC. This role will manage strategic supplier relationships following MPA award, ensuring supplier performance, call-off readiness, issue resolution and sustained value realization throughout contract execution.Key Responsibilities* Establish supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers.* Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, capacity commitments, delivery performance and issue logs. * Coordinate call-off administration with procurement, development, projects and suppliers.* Lead regular supplier performance reviews and improvement actions.* Resolve commercial, operational and relationship issues.* Maintain supplier development plans, lessons learned and performance scorecards.
