Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and able to provide NOC. Proficiency in artificial floral design, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management software is required. Strong customer service, communication, artistic creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are essential.
Description
The Florist (Artificial Flowers) will be responsible for the design and creation of floral arrangements. He/she will be the in-house Florist for our showrooms and responsible in following company standards forfloral arrangement selections, wrapping completed floral arrangements of faux flowers, artificial plants and dry flowers are available in different types, sizes and colours unpacking and organizing deliveries. He/ she must use his/her creativity in artificial flower arrangements range from just a few stems to a full vase and come in all sorts of colors and styles.Job & Responsibilities:1. Maintain an adequate supply of artificial flowers or plants and decorative floral items, pots, vases, wires, foams, ribbons, tapes, and other decorative supplies for the use of arrangements and displays.2. Cuts out assembles materials, like fabric, wood, and paper, performing any combination of following tasks to make artificial foliage, like wreaths, and trees.3. Prepare the vase and ensure available tape gridding or chicken wire or materials to provide stability and support for the stems.4. Use the right vase for artificial flower arrangement to keep its form for the most attractive display in the best position.5. Advising clients on possible artificial flower combinations.6. Make sure to follow the rules of artificial flower arrangements to aim for balance, proportion and scale, unity, harmony, rhythm and balance, and finally emphasis.7. Receiving shipments, and then snipping and displaying our artificial flowers.8. Providing occasion-specific suggestions of indoor and outdoor artificial flowers or plants.9. Ensure to clean the artificial plants by wiping away the dust with a damp cloth or paper towel or blow off with compressed air.10. Instructing clients on suitable transporting processes.11. Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction12. Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals13.
