Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in salons. 1-2 years of experience as a Hairdresser in a professional salon environment. Proven experience in cutting, coloring, styling, and consulting clients. Experience with wig and hairpiece styling is a plus.

We are looking for a JuniorHairdresser who will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their preferences, performing haircuts, coloring, and styling services, and providing expert advice on hair care and product selection.1-responsibilitiesConsultation & Advice▪ Interview clients to understand hair goals and preferences.▪ Provide personalized recommendations for hairstyles and hair care routines based on hair type,texture, and facial features.Hair Services▪ Perform hair treatments including shampooing, conditioning, cutting, trimming, coloring (dyes, tints, bleaches), straightening, perming, and styling.▪ Maintain skills in modern and trending hairstyles.Product Knowledge & Sales▪ Recommend and cross-sell hair care and styling products to clients.▪ Advise clients on appropriate products for maintaining hair health and style at home.Wig & Hairpiece Care▪ Clean, color, cut, and style wigs and hairpieces as needed.Hygiene & Safety▪ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.▪ Sterilize tools and equipment to prevent the spread of germs.Client Experience & Business Growth▪ Deliver a professional, friendly, and cooperative demeanor to all clients, including walk-ins.▪ Foster positive client relationships and contribute to repeat business and new client generation.2-qualifications▪ Diploma or certificate in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or related field.▪ Knowledge of hair care products, styling techniques, and current trends.▪ Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in salons.3-experience▪ 1-2 years of experience as a Hairdresser in a professional salon environment.▪ Proven experience in cutting, coloring, styling, and consulting clients.▪ Experience with wig and hairpiece styling is a plus.
