We add value by supporting clients in structuring successful projects that can reach financial close, and we lead various sectors in the Kuwait market. As trusted advisors, we provide expert guidance on complex matters ranging from strategy formulation through transaction implementation across the full project lifecycle of PPP and lead financial advisory.Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will assume an active role on the belowAs an Assistant Manager, you will have a significant team management role in delivering on mandates. The practice focuses on key closely-related service offerings:Infrastructure planning and transaction strategy - Helping clients determine various infrastructure and transaction scenarios (PPP, JV, outsource, long-term contracts) to best deliver value and service (Lead) Financial advisory - Evaluating financing needs, structures and sources or directly assisting in the raising of capitalProcurement - Transaction advisory - Assisting clients in developing and evaluating options related to long-term performance-based contacts.
