Description
What You´ll Do Develop and execute trade marketing plans by channel and market, aligned with brand and category priorities. Build and implement modern trade plans covering planograms, category management, in-store visibility, promotions, and key-account activations. Translate brand strategies into effective channel-specific POS materials, merchandising standards, assortment, pricing, and promotional activities. Define shopper profiles by channel and category and use insights to improve assortment, messaging, pack formats, price points, and in-store triggers. Establish and manage field data collection covering distribution, shelf visibility, pricing, promotions, out-of-stocks, competitor activity, and share of shelf. Analyze sell-in, sell-out, stock, and field data to identify performance gaps and develop clear action plans with Sales and distributors. Lead trade execution of new product launches, ensuring strong listings, distribution, visibility, and sales-force enablement across channels. Manage trade marketing budgets and track key channel KPIs, including distribution, sell-out growth, stock cover, promotional effectiveness, and ROI.
