The Senior Engineer for Plant & Machinery will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring, controlling and ensuring the effective utilization, operation, and continuous improvement of plant machinery and equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of performance measures of the plant and machinery, fuel consumption, Diesel Generator Analysis, KWHr Generation Analysis, Efficiency monitoring, utilization tracking through IoT Systems, Operational efficiency and optimization analysis, time to time follow up with the project teams and P&M. along with knowledge and project management skills in the troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of plant equipment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of operational safety and efficiency.1. Coordinate with all stake holders' site, procurement, HSSE for smooth operation of Sobha One Project2. Experience on Preventive Maintenance, schedules and compliance aspects3. Generate Ideas from all the team members and implementation of the same4. Experience on working with Diesel Generators, energy and fuel management aspects of the same5.
