KBR is looking for a Lead Planning with onshore site project experience in MEGA EPC projects to be based in Abu Dhabi for a PMC project. Job summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Planning to supervise and provide technical support across all stages of project management, from concept through commissioning and handover. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with ADNOC standards and international best practices. Project planning & scheduling Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning tools. Monitor project progress against approved baselines. Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions. Support the preparation of recovery and mitigation plans when delays occur. Cost control & budget management Track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts. Monitor cost performance and identify budget deviations. Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and earned value analyses. Assist in preparing change orders and variation claims. Project monitoring & reporting Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports. Generate KPIs and dashboards for management review. Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators. Ensure timely reporting of project risks, delays, and issues. Risk management Identify and assess project risks affecting schedule, cost, and resources. Maintain project risk registers. Support mitigation planning and implementation. Resource management Analyze manpower, equipment, and material requirements. Monitor resource utilization and productivity. Coordinate with project teams to optimize resource allocation. Stakeholder coordination Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients. Participate in project review meetings. Provide management with accurate project performance insights and recommendations. Documentation & compliance Maintain project control records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and contractual requirements. Support audits and project reviews as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, CCP, or equivalent are advantageous. Experience 17 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost control.
