Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Recognized Human Resources accreditation (SHRM, CIPD) is preferable.
Minimum 3 years' experience in HR; HR Business Partner, or 3 years as an HR Generalist. Education industry experience is preferred.
Sound working knowledge of UAE law.
Competent using IT systems, including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Experience liaising with government bodies in the UAE as well as working knowledge of HAAD and Immigration requirements and processes.
Fluent English communication skills, written and oral (Arabic proficiency is desirable).
Intermediate proficiency in HRM ERP platforms based on the complexities and nuances of the organisation structure.
Attention to detail with diligent follow-up, and able to execute in a timely manner.
Skilled in multi-tasking and handling pressure.
Capable of influencing people and talented in networking with cultural sensitivity.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
