Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 7+ years in supply chain and logistics management, with demonstrated experience in the medical devices, suppliers, and vendor management space.Proven experience in operations management and global logistics, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.Demonstrated team management and leadership skills, including coaching, performance oversight, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Core Skills:Deep expertise in global logistics, inventory optimization, procurement strategies, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).•Certifications (Preferred): APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Six Sigma.
