The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to support customers, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales of clinical chemistry reagents, Indiko systems, and toxicology solutions across the assigned territoryIdentify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centersProvide technical consultation and product demonstrations to customersSupport installations, validations, and application troubleshooting in collaboration with application teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), lab managers, and procurement teamsPrepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotationsAchieve or exceed sales targets, margin goals, and KPIsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategiesWork closely with internal teams (marketing, service, applications, and channel partners) to ensure seamless executionMaintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM tools.Required Qualifications :Advanced Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Clinical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Laboratory Sciences, or related fieldMinimum 2-5 years of experience in technical sales or application support within diagnostics or healthcare industryStrong knowledge of clinical chemistry, laboratory workflows, and/or toxicology testingExperience with automated analyzers (e.g., Indiko or similar platforms) is a strong advantageProven track record in sales achievement and customer relationship managementSkills & Competencies:Strong technical and commercial acumenExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesCustomer-focused with a solution-oriented mindsetHigh level of energy, ownership, and accountabilityWillingness to travel across the assigned territory ( up to 50% travel time)Ability to build effective relationships with customers and cross-functional teamsLanguages:Fluent in English (required)Arabic (preferred)Preferred Attributes:Experience in the Middle East healthcare marketFamiliarity with tender processes and distributor managementAbility to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization
