SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C is seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator for their HR team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role is for UAE nationals only and welcomes applicants of both genders. The primary responsibilities include investigating and resolving employee grievances and conflicts, supporting HR policies, administering employee benefits, and facilitating onboarding/offboarding processes. Candidates must have 1-2 years of HR experience along with a High School or Diploma level education; those holding a bachelor's degree are ineligible. Diploma graduates without experience can apply for a graduate trainee position.
Investigate and resolve employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, acting as a key point of contact for employee inquiries.Administer and explain employee benefits programs, addressing individual employee questions and concerns.Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
The salary for direct hires starts from 15,400 to a maximum of 18,000, subject to years of experience. Diploma graduate trainees will receive a salary of 8,000.
