This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in ServiceNow, facilities management, workplace services, corporate administration, access control systems, and service desk operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced corporate environment and coordinating workplace support services, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate service requests through the organization's Service Desk platform, ensuring requests are assigned, tracked, and completed within agreed service levels. - Support day-to-day workplace and corporate services operations by coordinating with internal departments and external service providers. - Administer employee and contractor access, including ID card issuance, access permissions, and building access requests. - Maintain accurate records within the ServiceNow platform and ensure all service requests are updated accordingly. - Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review. - Monitor recurring work orders and scheduled maintenance activities to ensure timely completion. - Assist with time and attendance administration, workplace asset tracking, and inventory records. - Coordinate the issuance and return of company assets, access devices, and security credentials. - Respond professionally to employee enquiries and provide excellent internal customer support. - Assist with general administrative activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Corporate Services. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Desk, Corporate Services, Workplace Services, Facilities Management, or Administration within a corporate environment. - Hands-on experience using ServiceNow is essential. ServiceNow certification will be considered an advantage. - Familiarity with access control systems, employee ID management, visitor management, or building security processes. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - High attention to detail with a proactive and customer-focused approach. - Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
