In this role, you will be responsible for:Leading on L&D across Amazon Now KSA Darkstores.Driving continuous Improvement to day-to-day Operations. Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for a combination of small sites. Supervising Last mile operationsMeeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.Driving performance management of your team members.
