Job Description
A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced specialist/consultant internal medicine physician to join its expanding medical team.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive assessment and management of adult patients.
Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct detailed patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Manage complex medical cases and coordinate appropriate specialist referrals.
Provide inpatient and outpatient medical care as required.
Monitor treatment response and adjust management plans accordingly.
Collaborate with cardiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, nephrology, pulmonology, and other specialties.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical discussions.
Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
Maintain high standards of patient safety, evidence-based practice, and clinical governance.
