Requirements
MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical qualification.Recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine.Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.Strong experience managing a broad range of adult medical conditions.Candidates with UK CCT / MRCP, American Board, Australian Board, South African specialist qualifications, or equivalent internationally recognized credentials are encouraged to apply.Experience in a tertiary-care hospital or multispecialty healthcare setting preferred.Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.Subspecialty experience in areas such as acute medicine, critical care, diabetes, cardiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, or respiratory medicine will be an advantage.

A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant Internal Medicine Physician to join its expanding medical team.The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. The role offers an opportunity to work within a modern healthcare environment alongside experienced specialists and multidisciplinary teams.Candidates with UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board credentials are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive assessment and management of adult patients.Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions.Conduct detailed patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.Manage complex medical cases and coordinate appropriate specialist referrals.Provide inpatient and outpatient medical care as required.Monitor treatment response and adjust management plans accordingly.Collaborate with cardiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, nephrology, pulmonology, and other specialties.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical discussions.Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.Maintain high standards of patient safety, evidence-based practice, and clinical governance.
