Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power Section).3–5 years of experience in Technical Office, Tendering, or Estimation within General Contracting or MEP Companies.Strong knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Medical Gas systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.Good working knowledge of HAP software.Knowledge of Revit MEP is a strong advantage.Familiarity with international codes and standards such as NFPA, ASHRAE, and IPC.Experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and pricing.Ability to prepare RFQs, technical submittals, material submittals, and RFIs.Experience in reviewing and coordinating Shop Drawings.Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.Excellent teamwork and coordination skills.Good command of written and spoken English.
