The specialist will support clients throughout the property buying, selling, and investment process, providing data-backed recommendations on residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable property options, and coordinating property viewings. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments in areas such as New Cairo, New Capital, and other key locations, as well as preparing and reviewing offers, contracts, and related documentation. The Real Estate Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and partner developers to ensure a smooth, transparent, and customer-focused experience.QualificationsStrong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to interpret market data and property information.Experience in Sales within the real estate sector, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.Knowledge of Real Estate Development processes and project types, especially residential and commercial properties.Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, understanding client needs, and providing clear guidance.Excellent communication and presentation abilities in spoken and written English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic data analysis tools.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and meet performance targets ethically.Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
