We are a leading cheese manufacturing company with the majority of our sales focused on international markets. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Export Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role requires strong negotiation skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Sales and Negotiation:Initiate and manage sales processes, from initial contact to closing deals.Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements.Ensure successful execution of contracts and follow-up on client satisfaction.International Export Management:Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth export processes.Stay updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements.CRM and Reporting:Utilize CRM tools to manage client information, track sales pipelines, and generate reports.Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and market insights.Travel and Representation:Travel internationally to meet clients, attend trade exhibitions, and represent the company in a professional manner.Requirements:Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales or a similar role.Skills and Qualifications:Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a proven track record of handling high-value sales.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales processes.Personal Attributes:Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and handle challenging situations.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Other Requirements:Must have Export Sales Experience in Dairy / Cheese Manufacturing CompanyFamiliarity with international export regulations and processes is a plus.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
