Support the development of leadership programs, including coaching and mentoring initiatives, to identify and nurture high-potential individuals for leadership roles. Collaborate in designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops, IDPs, career paths, and other training initiatives in alignment with industry best practices. Support the review, evaluation, and reporting of training program effectiveness, ensuring talent management practices meet business needs. Assist in the development and maintenance of culture initiatives, contribute to employee benefits assessment, and recommend strategies for attraction, retention, and innovative practices.
