Requirements

Experience Minimum 3 years in F&B, cafeteria, coffee shop, hospitality or a golf/leisure venue UAE experience preferred Barista or POS experience is a strong advantage Familiarity with golf simulators is a plus, not a requirement — full training provided

Skills Fluent spoken English; additional languages (Korean, Arabic, Russian, Tagalog) an advantage Confident, warm and professional with guests Comfortable working independently during quieter shifts and as part of a team during peak hours Accurate with cash handling and POS

High standard of personal grooming and professional presentation — this is a guest-facing role in a premium venue
Reliable and punctual; our roster depends on every shift being covered
Available for rotating shifts across a 06:00–02:00 operating day, including weekends, evenings and late closes
Calm under pressure when all four bays are running
Takes ownership of the venue rather than waiting to be told
