Job SummaryThe Area Supervisor will be responsible for managing and developing Fawry Plus branches and field operations across Damietta, ensuring achievement of business targets, operational excellence, high customer service standards, and effective team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the daily operations and performance of Fawry Plus branches within the assigned area.Monitor branch performance against sales, transaction, revenue, and operational targets.Lead, coach, and evaluate branch teams to ensure productivity and achievement of KPIs.Ensure branches maintain Fawry Plus service and operational standards.Follow up on customer experience and resolve operational or service-related issues.Build strong relationships with branch partners and ensure effective communication and engagement.Identify opportunities to increase transaction volumes and promote Fawry services.Conduct regular field visits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Analyze branch performance reports and develop action plans to close performance gaps.Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.Monitor competitors and market activity across Damietta and provide regular market feedback.Support network expansion by identifying potential locations and business opportunities.Prepare regular performance reports and updates for management.
