Requirements
Requires 2-4 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or freight coordination with strong knowledge of international freight processes, including dealing with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers. Must have a good understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and/or Land Freight, along with knowledge of shipping and import/export documentation, freight rates, quotations, bookings, freight invoices, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures. Strong follow-up, negotiation, communication, and attention to detail skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel and standard office applications. Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously is also required.
