Location: 10th of Ramadan Position SummaryThe Plant Human Resources Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for leading and executing the full spectrum of Human Resources initiatives within the company's manufacturing operations. This role ensures alignment between people strategies and business objectives by building organizational capabilities, driving talent excellence, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a high-performance culture.The Plant HR Manager partners closely with Plant Leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company standards. The role is instrumental in strengthening organizational effectiveness, supporting operational excellence, and creating an inclusive and positive work environment that enables sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership & Business PartnershipAct as a strategic advisor to Plant Management on all people-related matters.Develop and implement HR strategies that support plant objectives, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.Build organizational capabilities through effective workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.Lead change management efforts and support transformation projects to ensure organizational readiness and sustainable results.Partner with senior leadership to strengthen employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLead the end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract and retain high-caliber talent across all functions and levels.Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth, future capabilities, and succession requirements.Identify talent gaps and implement proactive recruitment and development plans.Ensure an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience to facilitate smooth integration and rapid productivity.3. Employee Relations & Employee EngagementFoster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.Build strong relationships with employees, union representatives, and management teams to maintain a healthy industrial relations environment.Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and cultural development activities to enhance motivation and retention.Manage employee relations matters proactively and provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.4. Employee Administration, Facilities & Workforce Services ManagementLead the end-to-end management of all employee administration activities for both blue-collar and white-collar populations, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.Oversee manpower budgeting and workforce cost planning processes, including annual budget preparation, headcount planning, labor cost forecasting, overtime budgets, and workforce optimization initiatives in alignment with business objectives.Manage all personnel administration processes, including employee records, contracts, social insurance, governmental compliance, employee documentation, attendance management, leave administration, disciplinary actions, and employee exits.Ensure efficient administration and governance of payroll inputs, attendance systems, timekeeping processes, shift patterns, overtime management, and workforce scheduling.Lead the administration and continuous improvement of employee services and facilities, ensuring high-quality working conditions that support employee wellbeing, engagement, and productivity.Oversee all plant-related employee facilities and services, including:Transportation ServicesCafeteria & Food ServicesMedical Services & Occupational Health ProgramsUniformsEmployee Amenities & Welfare ProgramsLocker FacilitiesSite Services supporting employee wellbeing and operational efficiencyExperienceMinimum 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Proven experience managing unionized workforces and industrial relations.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, employee relations, workforce planning, and personnel administration.Proven ability to partner effectively with senior plant leadership and drive HR strategies within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
