Requirements
Requires 5-8 years of experience in mechanical plant operations, HVAC service, or critical cooling maintenance, with 1-3+ years of leadership experience. Must have strong knowledge of chilled water systems, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, and related controls. Familiarity with BMS, SCADA, DCIM, and CMMS tools is required. Experience with commissioning and operational acceptance of new systems is preferred.

You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and associated controls, ensuring uptime is protected and work is executed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards. This role is focused on day-to-day plant operations and service execution rather than long-range design authority.
