Requirements
Requires 5-8 years of experience in mechanical plant operations, HVAC service, or critical cooling maintenance, with 1-3+ years of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, and related controls is essential. Familiarity with BMS, SCADA, DCIM, and CMMS tools is expected. Experience supporting commissioning or operational acceptance is preferred.

Reporting to the Senior Critical Facilities Manager, this role owns mechanical plant operations, maintenance execution, vendor performance, operational readiness, and technician leadership across cooling and HVAC infrastructure.
You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and associated controls, ensuring uptime is protected and work is executed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards. This role is focused on day-to-day plant operations and service execution rather than long-range design authority.
